Ramesh Rajahmani, a seasoned Motivational Coach and Handwriting Analyst since 2001, has conducted over 2000 successful analyses. He is the founder of “Successwriters,” a consulting firm dedicated to empowering individuals and teams. Through insightful guidance, Ramesh facilitates introspection, helping clients understand their strengths and limitations. Utilizing Graphotherapy, he assists in correcting handwriting to foster positive changes in personality, enabling individuals to evolve into improved, better versions of themselves.

With over 35 years of corporate experience, he spent two decades working with leading Fortune 500 Companies worldwide.During this tenure, he gained invaluable exposure to various development methodologies implemented by these organizations for the personal growth of employees.
His experience working in Singapore and extensive travel to diverse countries have honed his ability to comprehend how different cultures and environments influence personalities. This unique perspective sets him apart, enabling him to analyse each individual separately with a nuanced understanding.

Ramesh has an engineering degree coupled with a postgraduate degree in Management. Being passionate about human behaviour, Ramesh also took up a course on applied Psychology, which eventually helped him get improved performances from the teams that he worked with- The outcome is a unique fusion of Psychology and Graphology, facilitating individuals in identifying and “writing” their own path to success.

Ramesh has extensive experience collaborating with individuals and teams, including Managing Directors and CEOs. He has conducted numerous workshops for school and college teachers and principals, illustrating the applications of Personality Analysis in various segments such as Motivation, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership etc. As a distinguished Life Coach and Transformational Guide, Ramesh works with individuals across various age groups (15 years pwards) and with Corporates helping them build closer knit, motivated and teams geared for Success.
